Social and community participation

To feel a sense of connectedness and belonging can make a huge difference to someone’s personal wellbeing. Ray Foundation will support you to identify your interests and find ways where you might want to connect with others; including family, friends and carers, and your wider community. We can assist in connecting you with others and finding activities, events and resources that are local and of interest to you.

Having a place to call home is important for everyone. At Ray Foundation, we will work with you to identify your individual needs and assist you in maintaining your home so that you feel comfortable and safe. Whether that means providing assistance with cleaning or maintaining your garden, we have the support available to make you feel at home.
